Great property with lots of green, located in a hilly area with beautiful views. Extensive breakfast with many options to choose from. Enjoyed spending time by the pool and lounging in the well-kept gardens.
Some minor issues with the room such as uneven mattress and thin curtains that let in a lot of light. A/C control could only be adjusted directly from the wall.

It was an enjoyable stay with some great things on offer such as a stunning view of the mountains and lake from the room. the breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options available, and the well-manicured gardens and well-maintained outdoor pool were a real treat.
The location of the hotel was very steep, which made it a bit of a challenge to navigate on foot, particularly for those with mobility issues. the A/C control was on the wall without a remote which was a minor inconvenience.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience. The hotel is located in a perfect position, allowing me to be close to the city centre down a steep hill, but still able to have a quiet environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it feel like a luxurious experience. The hotel facilities are impressive. The gardens and outdoor swimming pool are well-kept, and I enjoyed the changing rooms and towels used for the pool. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall. In addition, the breakfast was extensive and had a good variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located down a steep hill, very close to the city centre. Rooms are large and bright, with stunning views of the lakes and mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. the well-maintained gardens are perfect for relaxing by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
There seems to be a slight issue with the curtains, which let in some light early in the morning.
